Corrective:Your therapist will evaluate postural imbalances and recommend stretches and exercise to correct. Corrective measures can alleviate pain and increase performance.
Performance-enhancing: Your therapist will specifically address the musculature associated with your event, evaluating flexibility and opposing muscles to give the client optimum performance for each event.
Pre-Event: In the hours prior to event, your therapist will provide a vigorous, muscle-stimulating massage to wake-up and energize for the event.
Post-Event: Immediately after an event, therapist will calm muscles and restore blood circulation to stressed muscle tissue. Therapist will evaluate for strains, sprains or other injury.
Injury Rehabilitation:This is our specialty. We evaluate and assess painful muscle injuries. Utilizing muscles release techniques, we restore normal muscle belly resting length, mobilize scar tissues in muscles, ligaments and tendons, and recommend exercises to strengthen and realign damaged tissues.

What is Integrative Reflexology®?
Integrative Reflexology® is a foot, hand and ear reflexology training that is a modality of massage and bodywork therapies. Your certified Integrative Reflexologist is trained in understanding your foot's structure and the importance it plays in your alignment. Your Integrative Reflexologist works with the meridians as energy pathways that begin and end on your fingers and toes to open the zone pathways for better circulation.
Who should receive an Integrative Reflexology session?
Babies can receive a reflexology treatment that focuses on points for colic, sinus congestion, constipation, and relaxation. Children will also benefit from stimulation on their feet.
